Azure Blanc does not operate a mass-fulfillment warehouse. The dispatch timeline of your order is dictated entirely by the readiness of the piece.
- The Gallery Reserve (1-2 Business Days): If your selected piece has already cleared our strict vetting process and is secured in our gallery reserve, it will be packaged and dispatched within 48 hours.
- The Atelier Retrieval (3-5 Business Days): If a piece is being retrieved directly from the master's workbench, or is synchronized with a specific kiln opening, it must undergo our complete curation protocol. This includes structural stress tests and museum-grade custom crating. This process takes 3 to 5 business days.
We do not rush. An object designed to endure for generations will not be compromised to meet a fast-shipping metric. Once the piece meets our absolute standard, it is handed over to our expedited global couriers.
