1. Order Cancellation

We provide a strict 12-hour window for order cancellations. Once this period has elapsed, your order enters our curation and custom-crating protocol, and cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation within the 12-hour window, please contact our Concierge team immediately via our Contact Page or email concierge@azureblanc.com with your Order Number.

2. The 24-Hour Damage Guarantee

If your piece arrives damaged or structurally flawed, we will issue a complimentary replacement or a full refund. You will not be required to return the broken item.

The Verification Protocol:

To qualify, you must provide objective visual evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend inspecting the exterior packaging upon arrival. If the box is visibly compromised, please document the exterior before unboxing.

• Required Data: Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage to the ceramic piece.
• Submission: Email all visual data to concierge@azureblanc.com within the 24-hour window.

3. Return Policy (Change of Mind)

Due to the delicate nature of high-end ceramics and the risks involved in international transit, AzureBlanc does not accept returns for a simple change of mind. We encourage clients to review all dimensions and curator notes before finalizing an acquisition.

Limited Return Eligibility:

In exceptional cases where a return is authorized by our curators, the following terms apply without exception:

• Notification: You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request authorization.
• Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs and associated logistics fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Condition & Inspection: The item must be returned in its original, museum-grade packaging. Refunds are only issued after the item has been received at our center and passed a successful inspection for damage.
• Damage Risk: If the item is broken during the return journey, the return will be voided and no refund will be provided.

4. Artisan Variance

Authentic, kiln-fired ceramics possess a unique soul. Minor variations in glaze flow, tonal shifts, or infinitesimal firing marks are the objective signatures of the human hand and the transformative heat of the kiln. These are not considered defects, but rather the unique identity of your specific piece.
