These Terms of Service govern your use of azureblanc.com and purchases made from Azure Blanc. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. About Azure Blanc

Azure Blanc is owned and operated by Xiamen Daji Import and Export Co., Ltd. (厦门达己进出口有限公司), registered at Room 2204-1, No. 36 Xiangwu Liuli, Xiang'an District, Xiamen, Fujian 361100, China. In these terms, “Azure Blanc,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.

2. Store eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied at checkout and for keeping any account credentials secure.

You may not use the website or its products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the website's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malicious code.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to describe each piece through the best available combination of photographs, video, measurements, workshop or supplier records, direct review, and relevant historical references. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color.

Many pieces are handmade, hand-finished, or kiln-fired. Small variations in brushwork, glaze, tone, surface, form, or dimension can occur. Product pages will identify material characteristics and historical references as accurately as the available evidence allows.

Product availability is based on current workshop and studio stock. In the uncommon event of an inventory discrepancy after checkout, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund. We will offer an alternative only with your express agreement.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself confirm final acceptance. The sale is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless we have already expressly accepted it in writing.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if payment cannot be verified, an unexpected inventory discrepancy is identified, the delivery address cannot be served, the price or product information contains a material error, or the order presents a reasonable fraud or legal risk. If payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

5. Prices, payment, shipping, and duties

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. The amount presented at checkout is the amount charged, subject to any currency conversion or fees applied independently by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges depend on the destination. Complimentary shipping applies only to Tier A destinations; Tier B and Tier C shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tier A and Tier B orders are sent on a duties-paid basis. For Tier C orders, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs brokerage, storage, and clearance charges. Shipping availability, preparation times, transit estimates, carriers, and the conditions that apply if a Tier C shipment is not cleared are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing an order. After that window, supplier allocation, payment, inspection, or packing may already have begun and cancellation is not guaranteed. An order cannot be canceled after dispatch.

Azure Blanc does not accept change-of-mind returns except where required by applicable law. We may choose to authorize a goodwill return in an individual case, but this does not create a general right of return. Any goodwill or legally required return must follow the applicable authorization, shipping, customs, inspection, and refund process in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

7. Site content and intellectual property

The Azure Blanc name, logo, site design, and original text are owned by or licensed to Azure Blanc. Product photographs, video, and other materials are owned by Azure Blanc or used with the permission of their respective rights holders. You may view and use the website for personal shopping and reference, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

8. Customer photographs, reviews, and other submissions

If you send us a photograph, review, or other material and expressly permit us to use it, you grant Azure Blanc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and display that material for the purposes and channels agreed with you. You confirm that you own the material or have permission to grant that use.

We may crop or resize submitted images for presentation, but we will not attribute an endorsement to you or materially change the meaning of your words without permission. You may contact us if you wish to withdraw permission for future use; this will not affect uses already lawfully completed.

9. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, review, customer-service, and delivery services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Azure Blanc responsible for their content or operation.

10. Errors and changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, availability, or pricing. If a material correction affects an order already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue or receive a full refund.

We may update or discontinue parts of the website, but changes to these terms will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Azure Blanc is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not caused by our breach. Nothing in this section affects your right to receive the goods ordered, a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund where applicable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which the consumer resides. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through Client Services. Any court or authority with mandatory jurisdiction retains that jurisdiction.

13. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
