A blue cat has stretched out along a gold branch, apparently in no hurry to leave. Forest Rest brings that small pause to a five-piece setting for one, balancing a playful subject with an open field of white porcelain.

The motif changes in scale and position from piece to piece. On one plate, the cat rests inside a circular branch; on another, the branch travels across the wider surface. The repetition makes the set feel coherent without making every piece mechanically identical.

The setting includes three straight-sided plates, a rice bowl, and a 180 ml cup. Together they cover a complete personal meal while remaining compact enough for an apartment table, breakfast setting, or quiet dinner for one.

Made in Jingdezhen from high-fired white porcelain, the set combines in-glaze color decoration with hand-applied gold detailing along the branches and rims. The white ground keeps the cobalt and gold composition bright without turning the table into a novelty display.
