The plum green and sky blue glazes feel calm even against a minimal interior. Fired at 1380°C in a reduction kiln, the locally sourced mineral clay achieves a denser porcelain body. Because the thick glaze is applied in multiple layers over an 800°C biscuit firing, the surface is entirely smooth to the touch, resembling jade.

The subtle deer and cloud relief adds physical tension to the profile without asking for attention. The high-fired glaze prevents coffee tannins from penetrating the surface, allowing for a quick rinse after use. It slows the rhythm of the table.
