Rare 1970s Huanglongshan Reserve Clay
Completely handcrafted by artisan Dai Chenguang using traditional paddling techniques, this piece is forged from exceptionally rare "Lao Zini" (Old Purple Clay) excavated in the 1970s from the original Huanglongshan mine. This highly aged, heat-resistant clay boasts incredible stability and a rich, granular texture that perfectly replicates the antique aesthetic of historical museum pieces. The unglazed, highly porous interior breathes with your tea, continuously absorbing essential oils to round out the astringency of deeply oxidized Oolongs and aged Pu'er.
