Dehua Copper-Toned Standing Guan Gong Ceramic Sculpture

The copper-toned finish changes how this Guan Gong is read. Instead of separating robe, armor and face by color, it unifies the entire standing figure and lets engraved dragons, cloud scrolls and layered armor catch the light in shallow relief.
At 18 or 25.5 cm high, this is the most compact standing interpretation in the group. The detachable crescent blade creates a strong diagonal beside the body, while the deep bronze and copper colors suit dark timber, stone and quieter office palettes.
The surface is ceramic with a copper-colored decorative finish. That treatment unifies the figure like a small devotional bronze while preserving the crisp modelling possible in fired ceramic. It is the most compact choice for a desk, shelf, or business altar where Guan Gong's loyalty and guardianship are desired without the scale of a larger shrine figure.
