At 15 cm tall, this seated Guanyin is made for close, personal placement. A flame-shaped mandorla rises behind the warm jade-red figure, framing the quiet face, raised right hand and small vessel held at the side.
Guanyin is revered in Chinese Buddhism as the bodhisattva of compassion. Here, that meaning is carried by an unusually intimate silhouette: the halo gives the small sculpture visual presence without asking for a large altar or formal room. It can sit naturally on a bedside shelf, writing desk or compact devotional space, where the blush-toned porcelain is best appreciated at close range.
The compact scale keeps the figure close, while the layered halo, robe folds and hand-held attributes reward a slower look. It may be kept as a personal reminder that compassion remains present in difficult moments or given as a thoughtful blessing of care, peace and protection.
This is hands down the most beautiful Guanyin statue I’ve ever owned.
