Jingdezhen Hand-Thrown Peacock-Green Miniature Porcelain Vases

Peacock green sits between blue and green, and that shift becomes more visible as the glaze moves across these five small Jingdezhen porcelain forms. On the rounded bodies it reads as a broad field of color; on the taller forms, subtle vertical movement draws the eye from foot to rim.

Each vase is hand-thrown from high-white clay and high-fired. White porcelain remains visible at selected rims and feet, giving the saturated glaze a clean boundary and preventing the small silhouettes from losing their definition.

Against pale stone, walnut, or a white shelf, the blue-green glaze acts almost like foliage before a stem is added. One fine branch turns a single vase into a crisp vertical gesture; grouped as five, the forms distribute saturated color across different heights without requiring a larger arrangement.
