This Longquan celadon porcelain bud vase is shaped in the Meiren Zui form, a slender profile defined by a small mouth, narrow neck, rounded shoulder, and softly weighted base. At 18 cm / 7.09 in tall, the vessel is designed for single-stem flowers, small branch arrangements, tea tables, shelves, and quiet corners of the room.

The vase is hand-thrown and hand-trimmed using Longquan porcelain clay, then fired with traditional celadon glazes. The form is restrained and upright, allowing the silhouette and glaze surface to remain the focus.

Three glaze variations are available: Plum Green, Powder Green, and Ge-style Crackle Plum Green. The smooth Plum Green and Powder Green versions emphasize the soft, jade-like surface associated with Longquan celadon, while the Ge-style crackle variation introduces a fine network of glaze lines and a more textured visual presence.

The vessel is first biscuit-fired, then finished through high-temperature reduction firing at approximately 1380°C. This process helps develop a dense porcelain body, layered celadon glaze, and a quiet luster across the surface.
